Bioenergy productions
Clean and hygienic smokeless energy
Biochar is a stable type of charcoal produced
from heating organic matter such as, woo, crop, and animal wastes in high
temperature, low oxygen combustion process that is known as pyrolysis.
The conversion of organic material to biochar
can abate greenhouse gas/CO2 emission by locking up the carbon from the organic material in biochar, delaying the release of this carbon back to the
atmosphere.
The use of biochar as a soil amendment may provide a practical and economic means of storing or sequestering the carbon locked up in the biochar while providing additional benefits in terms of soil health.
The main aim of producing biochar as bioenergy is to find an alternative to cutting
down trees and reducing the deforestation that will help to mitigate climate
change and destroying the ecological environment.
The
process of converting manure and crop wastes into bioenergy and bio-fertilizer is a
great way to deal against degradation of the environment.
Biochar is clean energy, hygienic, smokeless, no spark burning, natural falling ash rather than floating up, ash the residue is about 3% to 6% after burning
